Requirements for East Africa Graduate Recruitment Programme Qualification

Kenya

  • Graduating Class: Graduating Year 2024 or by August 2025
  • University Grade: Second Class Upper /GPA of 3.0 and aboveHigh School Grade
  • Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or Equivalent IGCSE and American system grading
  • Specialisation: Bachelor’s degree in any field

Rwanda

  • Graduating Class: Graduating Year 2024 or by August 2025
  • University Grade: Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 or a Cumulative average of 70% and above
  • High School Grade: Minimum of B in the principal subjects of senior secondary School (A2)
  • Specialisation: Bachelor’s degree in any field

Tanzania

  • Graduating Class: Graduating Year 2024 or by August 2025
  • University Grade: Second Class Upper /GPA of 3.0 and above
  • High School Grade: Minimum of division 2 at O’ Level and Minimum B in CSSE and B in English & Math
  • Specialisation: Bachelor’s degree in any field

Uganda

  • Graduating Class: Graduating Year 2024 or by August 2025
  • University Grade: Second Class Upper/GPA of 4.0 and above
  • High School Grade: Credits in Maths & English and a minimum of 14 points at A- Level
  • Specialisation: Bachelor’s degree in any field
  1. Professional qualifications are an added advantage.
  2. Candidates who have undertaken international exams at the high school level are also eligible to apply.
  3. Proficiency in computer skills
  4. International languages will be an added advantage.

  • The program is a permanent opportunity with a structured learning pathway for final year students and recent graduates.
  • The work we do is diverse, so we look for people from a broad range of degree disciplines, skills, abilities, and backgrounds to represent the communities we work with.
  • Choose from a range of career pathways to suit your skills and interests. From audit and accounting to technology and engineering or tax and regulatory services. 
  • You’ll join a multi-disciplinary team and work with diverse clients to help them solve complex issues that will stretch your thinking and challenge you everyday.
  • Graduate roles are available in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda).
