3. Non-Lobbying Policy: Organizations primarily engaged in lobbying activities are not eligible for the fellowship. However, issue-area advocacy that does not endorse specific political candidates, parties, or legislative bills is permissible.
4. Non-Religious Promotion: The organization’s activities should not involve the recruitment or promotion of any specific religious faith among its constituents. While spiritual elements may be present, active proselytizing is not allowed.
5. Previous Fellowship Recipients: Echoing Green Fellowship is not open to individuals or organizations that have previously received an Echoing Green Fellowship.
